can i send back my bt200 headset to jabra if i bought it from ebay?? i doubt its less than a year old (the unit number is 06B and if im not wrong i have seen a 32B somewhere which i assume is a newer version) also its bought from a guy in the US and the jabra ppl in australia said i can send it back to them and they will send me a new one provided that i also enclose the proof of purchase

why do people keep posting stuff in forums for non products? there is an "other manufacturers" forums for this.

If you bought it off ebay then its unlikely the guy will take it back in my experience. However you say that jabra in oz will exchange it for you so assuming the ebay guy you got it from is an authorised reseller and provided you with a receipt then you should have no problem doing it that way. If he was not an authorised reseller then its unlikely any receipt you got from him will be valid with jabra and they will probably treat is as though you bought it second hand.

Otherwise... I think you are out of luck.
