Does anyone know if SE do upgrades on headsets, I have a HBH-35 with firmware R1A and it dont work 100%, I would like to get it upgraded if poss.!!!!!

Headset firmware can be upgraded and indeed I did have my original HBH-10 upgraded due to a fault but its not common place and I think normal service centres don't do it. In uk you would probably have to send it to celestica but I would chat with SE customer care on 08705 237 237 first of course and discuss the problem (assuming you are in uk)

Thanks for the info, im English but i live in Tenerife. I will be going to the UK soon so iŽll get it sorted while im there, any idear what the latest is for the HBH 35 ?
