International Prefix Problem - XTNDConnect |

Just got a T610 and when I sync with Outlook, I don't get a "+" in front of the phone numbers that are transferred to the phone. They're stored in Outlook in international format - i.e. +44 117 1234567 so they won't work without the "+" prefix.
I had a T68i a few months ago before it died and didn't have the same problem with that one.
I'm using XTNDConnect on the CD that came with the T610 and I have software version R1L. Any ideas? |

I have seen a couple of other threads on Esato regarding the same topic but there was never a reason found.
For me I have always synced perfectly so don't have any realy suggests at the moment but would ask what outlook version are you running and on what operating system and have you installed the latest XTND software from the T610 global support site?

Thanks for the info. I tried a search on the forum and couldn't find anything else on the subject.
I'm using Outlook 2000. I'll try the latest version of the SE software tonight and see how I get on.

Tried downloading the latest version of the software. No luck
If Orange hadn't locked the phone, I could get them off my old SIM card. Very frustrating...
