Every now and then, my SONY Ericsson T68i seems to mess up a little.

When I access the service menu, then go to the service tests, I notice a problem. I access the "vibrate" function, but it doesn't vibrate.

I also notice that during this situation, my screensaver gets deactivated and cannot be reassigned. My phone stays in the "standby screen" and will not show the "clock sleep-mode". I was just wondering if you knew why this was happening.

Thank you. [addsig]

Vibrate and screensaver does not work when your phone is plugged in and charging.

Is your phone plugged in and charging when you try this?

Most likely your phone is missing the vibrating wheel located inside the phone just behind the connectors on the bottom part... did you buy it used? I fix and unlock all Ericsson GSM phones... feel free to email me at hbrezzi@hotmail.com

No, geez, didn't you read my post above? Everything is as it should be. I said that every now and then it doesn't work. Now, use your brain. If it worked every now and then, that means I do have the "vibrating wheel". Please read my post before you write.
