Please can someone help me out. Here is the situation. I had a non-paying bider and now wish to claim back my final fee, however it is over the 30days so i cant view the item and i cannot remember the code to tell eBay. I was hoping that they could search through my history and find it for me. Please can someone help me out. Thank you very much. Owen

Anyway the only way I have ever been able to contact ebay is on their contact page. They never advertise direct email addresses that I have seen anywhere from their site map. Anyway if you go to your accounts page and click on "view account status" then in there you can choose the option to view a summary, including item number, for every transaction "Ever since I joined eBay" _________________ ...Unless I'm very much mistaken my K700 review [ This Message was edited by: masseur on 2004-06-26 21:52 ]

Using the form I mentioned in my first reply the email is directed exactly at the person who will deal with the particular inquiry Unless I'm very much mistaken... A-ZoTT
