I had a new P800 yesterday afternoon after having my old one nicked in the morning.
I must admit I was not too careful with my old P800. It had had a few bashes and knoks, it was scratched and had a coupple of, fairly deep "dents" after dropping it on the concrete. It had been to the doctor for repair two times, once for a broken screen and once because it just died on me.
In other words it had soul. Me and by old phone had been throug a lot togtether. It was one out of the first 90 phones to come to Norway last year when we were all running around like blue arsed flys waiting for the release date of the most amazing phone ever.
But, as I mentioned, yesterday someone nicked it.
My new P800 and I have now spent 20houres together.
I am stunned when realizing how different the two phones actually are!
Everything is firmer, tighter and clearer.
The jog actually "clicks" when turned, the screen is brigther, the sound cant be compared and the phone feels different in the hand.
All in all it is brand spanking new.
The bottom line is, even thoug my old phone had had a hard time I never realized how worn it actually was after one year. It worked 100% but I realize now that it had really had it's fair share of wear and tear.

I have to agree... we just don't notice that. Even the difference between my week 17 T610 and my week 28 T610 is noticeable, which I guess goes to show how much I use my phones (and probably some small difference in the hardware versions)

Yes, there is no doubt improvments has been done from the first to the last batch. I'd be suprised if there was none but I am amazed how big the difference of the two phones actually is.
