I bought T68 in HK.
I want to know whether my Ericsson T68 phone(Hardware version:R1B; software version:R1B, the phone model is T68mc)
can have the latest software upgrade which enable supports of MMS and the functions of T68i.
As I have visited the SonyEricsson website FAQ, it said that the software upgrade will make T68 the same as T68i(except the shell) AND T68 and T68i have the same memory size.
I hope the upgrade will also be available to HK users

PLS tell me also if the software upgrade for T68mc is available, how can I have it upgraded?
I heard from internet that I should go to the nearest Ericsson service centre but I don't know its locations in Hong Kong. Can u tell me?
and how about the upgrade fee?
PLS also tell me others things to be noticed when upgrading the T68mc

Regarding your mentioned scenario, please bring your mobile phone with your sales invoice/memo to one of our Ericsson Customer Service Centres to have the software upgraded. The updated software version for Ericsson T68 is R2A.

I am confused about the upgrade in HK.
IN THE FIRST EMAIL, they said "we are sorry to inform you that this software is not available now"
BUT IN THE SECOND EMAIL they said
"please bring your mobile phone with your sales invoice/memo to one of our Ericsson Customer Service Centres to have the software upgraded. The updated software version for Ericsson T68 is R2A"
Then can T68 be upgraded?
R2A is probably not T68i, can I upgrade twice? ie R1B--->R2A--->R?

You're right! And R2A is not the lastest version as well. My T68m I bought from the operator have R2B. 
I think we are supposed to be able to upgrade ours more than a time.

So from the email, it can be seen that the MMS may be available.. just not now... which is better than saying NO... and update have always been availble... and its free. THe problem is the chinese sw version is slower than the english version... so that is why we are still getting the R2A | |
