Sorry if this has been posted before but I couldn't find it.

Recently I have noticed a decline in joystick sensitivity on My T68 when scrolling down. It still 'feels' ok but doesn't audibly click and misses the scroll. This happens more often at speed. I don't think it's a sw problem due to it not audibly clicking (at first I thought it was just slow).

This is really annoying me as I'm on my third T68. I've used the service test and it stil does it there. My joystick count is quite high at 200k.

I think it will have to go back but I was just wondering if anyone else as had similar problems with joystick sensitivty?

Any helpful comments would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Ed

At least it's not only me. I'm also going to see if it gets any worse and take it back if it does. Does anybody else have a similar problem? I this common - the joystick alwyas worried me as a weak point on the T68.

I am also starting to experience this problem, most noticeably when scrolling down through words using the joystick for T9 texting. Often i have to press down 2 or 3 times before it changes one word.

Well that sounds about right! There's a sc sort of near me in warrington so i may try them or give it back to Voda to sort out! Just means i will be without my beloved moby for a week or two - just hoping it will get better by itself! Ed

My joystick-count is over 300k. I have'nt experiensed this problem yet, anyway. Why dont have a look at where and when the phones with this problems is made? Would be interesting if we find some kind of connection betwen phones with this defect.

@edwardm

My joystick was broken three times on my T68 and I didn't even play games on it (meaning I didn't use it that much).

With the T68i it seems better; a little higher quality I think.

Made in malaysia - don't know if thats got anything to do with it? High jstick counts probably wont help! Still shouldn't do it though. Ed
