My T68 developed some problems 2 days ago... 29 of my contacts got their name, number, etc erased... but you can still find the nothing contact at the end of the contact list. I tried to delete them but it says "delete failed". so I just deleted the whole contact list. I saved my contact in Outlook using the sync software. When I try to download from outlook to the phone, it says "Unable to get mapping from engine MAPI logon failed... am I doing something wrong!? or is it because I upgraded to XP office so it doesnt work!?

Since you upgraded to Office XP you likely need to reinstall the mapi engine and such. You should re-run the xtend installation to re-establish the link between it and outlook that was broken by the upgrade.
