ok in summary...
Esato is generally considered to be backwards initials of "Only Take A Sony Ericsson", and this has been confirmed by the board owner and moderator (laffen) in a post.
However, you really need to read that thread in full where it also claimed that that meaning was made up when laffen was asked the meaning and that thread contains many other possibilites.
That thread was also locked in the last few days.
