i get this on windows 98 and xp when i start it

just installed the mobilemoniter thing and it works but not with t28 cable are there any softwares use t28 cable because my laptop has been sent for repair and i don't have bluettoth for my pc. any other way then that and wap or using t28 cable will be nice. |
