i have a T610.The manual says that their is an option Status request.
It means that wenn u sent a message, it says or it is delivered or not.
I have searched for this option but cant find it.
it is supposed to be in the message menu, text messages and then options.
in this option menu their is only: servicecentra, e-mail gateways, with answer and long message.

can someone help me because i really want this option to work

tnx in advance

Did you buy it locked to Vodafone or to T Mobile? Do you have Vodafone or T Mobile icosn rather than 'normal' icons? If so... it's branded.

Konijn: heb je soms een vodafone live pakket?

I'm from belgium and it was a Mobistar packet.

the top left icon is the Mobistar icon to go to their wapsite.
What does it mean branded??

branded means they have made their own changes to the casing and usually the firmware with a few different icons to standard.

My guess would be this is why you don't have these menu items.

sorry

...and for those of us following in English... a translation!

Branded mean that software has been produced there also sits separately for mobistar (or vodafone or t mobile or whoever), frequently on the outside of the tel. stickertje oid of mobistar and have the topestel sim lock for the telco where you have bought him....

Software is not in that case standard and there can therefore differ to be from normal software....... those your manual answer described.

Hope that that is clear

edit: with that translation.. clear as mud

babelfish works miracles with my typo i see!

I did it in Dutch btw because sometimes it is hard to follow things you do not know in a language that is not your first.

However... a more decnt translation would be: branded sw is a sw written especially fore the telco (in this case mobistar, but could also be voda or t mobile)

Branded phones quite often have one or more stickers with the telco's logo on the outside as well

erm... what else did I say?

Oh yeah.... in case your phone does have a 'branded' software version, you may finds that certain icns described in your manual may not be there on your branded phone and vice versa.

Think that's about it.
