I'll be in the US soon and I was wondering if I can get a pay as you go service that will operate in most major urban centers. I'll start off on the East coast, head to the Midwest, Florida and then West coast. Is it possible?
My operator says I can use my P800 and existing SIM to roam but I need a back-up plan in case it doesn't.

t-mobile has payg, well we simply call it prepaid here, they only advertise it as packed with nokia 3390 (yeps, we still use those here) for $100, but if you ask in store, they will sell you only SIM card, around $35, cingular also have sim pack, but their coverage is limited. ATT, they dont have gsm prepaid, but if they did you cannt even send sms internationaly so ignore them
