I saw on www.o2.co.uk that there is a SE T68i Charger recall.
What Gives?
Is this only affecting UK or are there other areas affected... I'm in Australia.

mate, its only UK chargers and there are loads of threads about it already so hunt around if you want more info

i did a search on 'recall'... but i saw nothing for 3 pages about it and did not look any further.

no worries. searching for "charger recall" would have given you better results but even that only lists a half dozey or so of the 15-20 threads I can remember...
