can i use the p800 as a modem for my ipaq using btooth and if so how

why do you need an ipaq if you got p800... anyway, you need to set up a bt partnership, label the p800 as bluetooth modem and yeah the rest depends on what type of connection you need, gprs or dialup.

The manual is very good for questions like this but its very easy on ipaq. Go into bluetooth manager and click on new and follow the step by step instructions!
