@masseur
I do remember that thread, and it is good that some more people would.
The way some posters with information were handled was disgusting. Especially since all of them proved right, even about the name - at a moment there was confusion about it being a Z200 and a Z600.
Some posters there had a attitude problem so huge that the information providers nearly drowned in it.
Everybody with a minimum sense of text analysis could read that the information posters were right from the beginning.

10 days ago i played around a bit with a z600. (Belongs to a friend of mine who works for Ericsson in Lund Sweden.
Pretty nice phone, a bit thick when closed, but excellent keypad/board.
Tried the Vrally game too, pretty impressive performance but i am not a gamer so not really interested
I didnīt find the display that much better than 610 actually.. the pics i snapped on the front porch was taken on a sunny day.
My next contract renewal is in dec -04, i guess it will have a very attractive price by then, if itīs still around that is.

Thanks for the responses. I checked out the data and pics on the SE site the other day, and it looks like a very nice phone indeed. May finally be time to upgrade from my trusty T39.
Next question (though I suppose it may well be that no one knows): I read that T610 series had a bug so that when it was paired with one of the SE Bluetooth headsets there was buzzing or static. I know they improved the screen on the z600; do you think they also fixed the BT bug for the z600? |
