Well i have looked at this device.. it seems to me the new XDA II or the MDA II which should be released next month is way better. I think I will be flogging my P800 for the XDA II instead of the p810......any comments

while on topic of different devices.
I heard that a company have fitted the whole mobile phone on a SD card! Which means you can turn any PDA into a phone! That is cool! And it is much faster then the standard land line!
This would be the turn around point! Where you can select the device that you want. Build your own! choose your camera, choose your screen, etcc.....
also the P700 has a USB connection, mouse, CD or keyborad anyone??? |

@haydnw no drama.
Jah is right. Yes and no. But I did read somewhere that it for SD it will be soon finished or relased soon. Cant remeber did not take much of a look into it! as it did not fancy me too much. Have a look at the link above and then do a search on in with yahoo or something! I know it is complete for the CF cards thou.
edit
me again!
read this, its 6months old so it should be out soon!

I can see why what's been mentioned is good i.e smaller phones possible!!!
But the guy saying we can just get any old PDA and whack in the SD card phone.
i would like to highlight my problems to this firstly the PDA's arent really mobile friendly i mean the XDA is a classic exapmle has the typical PDA design and a phonew but in practice its no good as a phone due to size and shape. Anther thing the best PDA's for me atre CLIé's but wont all the new ones use MS DUO slots?
and finally most PDA's have one SD slot what happens when you plug in the phone? how many PDA's have dedicated Speaker and Mic for voice calls? or even dedicated Sim card ports
i can see where your all coming from maybe future PDA's will be more equiped to the new possiblities.
