I can't speak to people properly on my phone. When they call i hear the first few seconds of what they say, and then either they can't hear me or i can't hear them. This happens, when my operatore logo comes up with No Access, instead of my usual Virgin logo. I also can't make any SOS calls whatsoever from my phone, but i'm not sure if this is all the time or just when the no access problem occurs. It's not Virgin, because when the SIM is in another phone it works perfectly.
Has anyone got any advice or ideas to fix it please?? i have a T68i

I had this problem with my T68i, when i phoned Orange to tell them, as soon as i mentioned No Access they told me that the phone was faulty and they despatched me a new one the next day.

take your sim card out and wipe it off, also gently rub the connector points on the phone....worth trying before it gets sent back or you go to a service point....let us know if there's any change.
