T68 and T39m phone not ringing |

anyone had a problem with these two phone reception ?
coz i juz had it today.
both the phone was on with a relative good reception bar of 3 but the phone was not able to get it through, though my colleague called me severable times.
and the phone was not ringing.
i tried to call myself and it came up to be the same.
so i tried to off it and on it again and it works okie then.
wonder if any of you guys out there had this problem too.
the SW for t68 was R2b013 and for T39 was R2a.
kindly reply to me if u had this problem and had solve it.

maybe it was just a network problem, if you were using the same network/sim for both... |

check and see if you haven't blocked all calls or something....
