HBH 35 problems |

Hi all, I have a T610 and a HBH 35. When i first got the HBH 35 i paired it to the phone and everything worked fine (no hissing) when the phone rang it transfered it to the headset and i pressed the button and answered the call, if i wanted to make a call i pressed the button on the headset and used the voice dialing, perfect. Now one of the units (phone or headset) seems to be not working as it should. i can make calls no problem but when the phone ring and i press the answer button on the HBH 35 it sometimes cut off the call & displays on the phone "bluetooth failed" i have reset and re-paired both units. does anyone know if this is a fault with the phone or the headset ?
THANKS

Not sure but I have been using my HBH-35 with both my T68i's for over a week now and no problems so fsr. Which ever one rings the HBH-35 starts to ring and I can answer the call. Not tried voice dialling yet, but which ever phone I use to make the call it always works with the HBH-35. Maybe someone else using the T610 maybe having similar problems. I say this because the HBH-35 is basicaly the same as the HBH-30 and that is a good headset, never heard many complaints about them failing. Try pairing it with another phone and see if it does the same thing, this atleast will rule out the headset. You could always return either the phone or the headset and see if the problem is still there. Sorry I could not be of more help.

I have tried a HBH-30, 35 & 60 with 2 T610's and had that problem with all of them. My HBH-30 worked perfectly with my T68i. I thinks its just one of the many little gripes with the T610.

@nokevin
Are you waiting for HBH35 to start ringing before pressing the answer button? You need to. Do not assume just because you can hear the phone ring that pressing the headset button is correct thing to do.

My HBH-35 and HBH-30 all rang before the phone did. Also when I used it with my P800 the callers name was repeted in the headset if I had a voice dial for them. This does not happen with my T68i's one is R2F004 and the other is R8A015. Both have it set to say callers name but neither do. Anybody else have this as it has been the same with both the HBH-30 And HBH-35.

I have not seen anything about the HBH-65 yet. What is differerent about it from the HBH-60.

Its really odd, but after I got the t610 my Digital Bluespoon headset has changed button functionality. I got the same (almost) problem with my headset as the original author of this thread: I couldn't answer my calls with the headset as I could when I purchased the phone. I experimented with different button pushs and found out that the buttoncombination to end a call actually worked now as the accept button. Very odd indeed.
