dnt u ppl fink that java games r 2 expensive 2 buy from most fone websites! i mean £4.50 for a game? u prob delete it the next day cos it takes up 2 much memory xspecially on da T610 wiv the 2mb space!
they shudnt have demos of the game cos its not enough but have like a 30 day evaluation peroid jus like shareware software!
i mean the free games i have found on sum websites r pretti crap! sum r really addictive but generally crap! lol!
does nebody knw how 2 make games for fones, if so, make me a tennis game plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz! lol! |

i think the point of the demo is that it's not 'enough'-- if it was they wouldn't sell!! a practice employed by drugs pushers for a lot longer than mobiles have been around.
They can't have a 30-day trial period because none of the games last that long. You would be bored by then.
And compared to the amount people spend on novelty ringtones... that amount is in the same ball-park. If someone wants to make their living off the back of selling these games let them try, and in the way that suits their business plan. IMHO they ain't worth it, but they must have accounted for enough suckers paying that much to cover their costs...
EDIT: I certainly agree with you about deleting them from your phone . You should at that price be entitled to backup your software (i.e. download to PC) or to repeat downloads.

o2 games for my S55 are fairly reasonably priced 1.50 ive got about 5 or 6 saved games inc. Caveman, Oil Rig, Detonate and GOLDMINER MA FAV ;-)
