I recently got a Bluetooth adapter for my pc so that i can transfer data btwn pc and my t616. the transfer works fine, but i am wondering about the network icon that is in my task tray. first of all there is a "bluetooth" icon that shows whether a device is connected to the pc or not. that icon works fine. but i also have a "network" icon that says "Bluetooth Network A network cable is unplugged" and it has a red X on top of it. I am just wondering what this means. i don't have any additional cables or anything for the bluetooth device that needs to be plugged in. and when i installed the bluetooth adapter on my laptop, the "network" icon does NOT have the red X over it. (so also wondering why the network cable is "plugged" correctly on my laptop but is "unplugged" on my pc)

When you install a bluetooth dongle, it installs a virtual network card for bluetooth networking. If you don't connect to a network over bluetooth, you will get the "Cable unplugged" message. If you are not planning to use networking over bluetooth, you may safely go into the device manager and disable that network connection. Disabling it will not affect any other bluetooth services.

If you do connect to a bluetooth network, the message will disappear.
