ACTiSYS IR 220L+/Windows 98/T68 are the three things I have a problem with. The problem here is:
I've connected the IR to my COM1 installed the drivers (came with Windows 98) Checked all the numbers (Virtual COM4/LTP 3, etc. etc.) Windows says my IR works. So I put my t68 IR on and lay it in front of the IR, and... nothing. Windows just doesn't find my phone. Well it found it 1 time. But then I phoned someone and lost the connection and never got it back.
Does anyone know what I did wrong. Maybe it's the many times I reinstalled the IR drivers and I forgot to remove some part of the drivers. I just don't know. I tried it at COM2. Didn't work. Tried to move my phone. Didn't work. I know it can work, because I got it too work once. But it won't reconnect. I don't have any other IR device to check if it is the phone, but I don't think it is. It worked on a laptop with IR. Well, can anyone help? |
