HBH-60 battery check -- how? |

The manual says to press the "+" & "-" buttons simultaneously to find out the battery life of the unit. However, the light of my HBH-60 just does the usual blinking thing. No 3, 2 or 1 flash that the manual says. Anyone have the same problem?

works fine on my HBH-30. seems to give a long green following by 2 green flashes for me (since I have already used it today), then it pauses and reverts to normal flashing.
are you sure you are pressing the buttons simultaneously?

Hi masseur. Yes, am pressing both + and - simultaneously. But mine doesn't go through the steady green light after pressing both + & -. Still puzzled. Maybe I should send this back.

I assume the headset is ON and in standby mode and that is it NOT attached to the charger?
If so then might be worth querying with SE customer support, or if its new take it back to the shop and check on another one.

@masseur, yes it is on. Been using it since yesterday. Voice dialling has been fine, answering mode ... the works. It's just this battery meter thingy that has gotten me stumped. I'll probably bring it back to where I bought it. Thanks again for trying to help.

what functions do we have if we keep the HBH-60 connected to the charger?

Mine works fine too...after pressing both + and - the light should go solid for a second or so, and then give you the flashes...take it back I'd say. |
