hi, last night i got my self some morphun games but they were in parts
say 2~3 parts for a game (i.e. dragon tale 1.mpn, dragon tale 2.mpn)
each file about 20~30kb, all up games were 60~70kb
but when i transfer them to my phone using BT, it shows file received but doesn't not tell me where (e.g. games)
when i go into look for them those games aren't there, except alien scum which worked.
but when i check my memory, still ~200kb for games, but the overall memory doesn't add up to 2megs now?
its more like 1.8megs.. so how do i see those files i supposedly transferred to my phone? anyway of view and remove them??
i like my space, fill it up every day with photos... so am a bit worried dont want to do another factory reset if i have to.....
admins pls put this in correct place if doesn't belong here
thanks

@agnesX
Go to your games menu and click on MORE then go to MEMORY STATUS. Check out BOTH "Games & more" as well as "Games" by clicking on them. This should list your installed applications and the number of KB it eats up on your phone.
If you can't still find them, then try out other categories by clicking on them as well and you might find the non-operational application in there. Just a thought.
Hope this helps. |

@ Jamba
thanks for your help, i did try that and got the same info as if you were in my pics and clicked more and memory status,
it showed 206kb for games
and i have the following installed and working
alien scum
five stone
mini golf
i did transfer qsoccer
dragon tales
and some other game which has also gone through according to BT and my phone showing reciving file
but if i added up all of my memory, it no longer adds up to 2meg (or 2.23meg after i got my FW upgraded to R1L)
it is now about 1.8megs all up???
i checked in the games, and games and more options and i see nothing but the three games i listed above...
sigh...
looks like i will have to do master reset agian.. :*(((((((((((

I know that on a mac, with bluetooth, you can pull down a menu and select browse device. This works particularely well with the t610. It them displays folders for games, pictures and ringtones. You can then browse and add stuff. However it doesn't allow you to delete predefined stuff. But if you had a mac it might have listed the files. I know when i sent one Morphun game to my phone in two parts it worked. But it was only one game and one after the other.

The games don't show up because the entire game has not been installed. Mophun games can be divided into smaller files. You can send these files to the phone one by one, however the game won't be installed (and show up in the list) untill all the parts of the game have been recieved on the phone. These incomplete games will still take up memory (even though they don't show up in the list), and so far I don't know of any way to delete them, other then to get the missing parts, send them to the phone, and delete the game after it installs.
As for connecting to phone over OBEX File Transfer (BlueTooth) to delete the incomplete games - it's impossible. There are indeed 3 folders that show up but those are "Themes" "Pictures" and "Sounds". Games can't be accessed or manipulated this way...
