My t68 is leaving me...
R7A sw version... Bought two tears ago..
652366 joystick moves and still counting. The microphone of the phone has broken.
Of course I will repare it and continue to have my t68 as a second phone.
But this was a divine sign... Someone decided it was time for me to consider an upgrade.
This is why I decided to create this topic.
I would like to have a phone. So please don't tell me to buy the P800 (which I consider a superbe piece of technology).
Should I buy the t610? Or wait some time more and get the z600?
I like clambshell design, but in a phone I consider technology to be very important.
Will the screen of the z600 be much better (in sunlight the t610 was hard to read, at least as the t68).
In other words I would like to know if the z600 will have additional features enough to make worth the waiting for it. And also how long will the waiting take...

I think the best choice (now) is t610, but if you can wait try considering Z600, I think both of them have the same things in them (bluetooth,ir,gprs...) the only difference is the screen TFD and STN so it depends on you, I really can't say wait because I didn't tried the phone (Z600)
Plus: You can even wait for t620 (t610 with TFD and different design) |

 T610 is a great phone and I can't fault it. The only problem I have is the screen in direct sunlight. It is viewable but hard to see. You notice this most when taking photos in bright sunlight, it's very hard to see what you're taking a photo of. It's ironic that the phone takes it's best photos in bright sunlight

Thanks for the info. Very interesting. So it seems that the biggest difference (if not the only one besides being clambshell) is that the z600 has the TFD screen.
I tried to look on the internet but found no good answer... Is the TFD better than TFT?
Another thing is that the P800 (friend of mine has one) has a superb screen, because it is viewable also in sunlight. Is the technology the same as the z600?
