What network are you using? if you're using SMART or Sun try replacing your gateway w/ Ericsson, O2, or Halebop.
How? check GPRS/WAP/EMAIL sections of the forum for the necessary info's on those gateways.
im sure you're not using Globe coz they already blocked these gateways. & Globe's working ip/gateway can't handle or download more than 3kb of file (stupid isn't it).
