Hello All,
I've done a search and looked through this and other sections extensively so excuse me if the answer's out there somewhere.

Is it in any way possible to have the T610 display the name of the active profile while in Standby mode? Example, when I select 'Meeting' profile, it should display 'Meeting' under the Operator Logo. This was doable on earlier phones, like my T39m and others.

I think that sounds like a good idea, I'd like that myself.

The T610 is a pretty amazing phone but it lacks some of these really small things like the profile names, active LEDs, etc...

A lot've been already complaining bout the operator logo so i don't really like the idea of having additional text on my Standby mode. All i do to recheck my profile is by clicking the volume key

Yeah i don't understand why would you want extra text on the stdby screen when it covers the wallpaper and makes it look cluttered. To check your profile name just click the volume button. SE probably thought that was covered and didn't think users would want to cover up the 65k screen with words. Or maybe i'm an idiot.

The only problem is that when the keypad is locked, volume keys only light up the time... So to check the profile, one has to first unlock keypad. A bit annoying.

You can use the + & - buttons on the side to see which profile you are in.
