problems with T300 turns off by itself with firmware R1D011 |

Hi, I have a SonyEricson T300. Got it brand new just a week ago.
The firmware is R1D011.
The problem is that I left the phone for a while and when I came back it was turned off by itself. I had to enter my PIN code to turn it on again. Is it a bug with the firmware? It happened ony 1 time so far but I think is shouldn't hapen, and no nobody messed with my phone it was fully charged and left overnight at my work (forgot to take it home).
Should I got to my reseller and demand that they would flash the latest R1G001 firmware? If so then how do I tell them that I found out what my firmware is (isn't the service commands are supposeto be for tech personell only).
Anyway maybe someone had problems with this firmware? If so what where they? |

I own a T310. In my experience, the phone usually freezes or restarts whenever there is an error, it does NOT shut down, i.e. you should have found the insert pin screen on it. Wait and see if the problem reoccurs. It might be a good idea to have your software upgraded since new versions usually solve certain bugs and it is free within the warranty period.

So I should take it to a service center for a free firmware upgrade then. What is the latest R1G001?
What bugs does it fix? |
