Siemens SX1 - further delays I'm afraid |

Thank you for your e-mail. We have received information this week from head office in Germany that the SX1 is now due to be released in December.
This is common for a phone of this kind due to the level of technical
capabilities. We do not, as yet, have any information on when individual retailers will be launching the phones themselves. I hope this answers your query.

Germany should have the phone earlier than every1 else u outta check incase the S55 was out early there nov, it came out in the uk Jan 03

Probably Siemens thinks... what SE did with the P800 we can do with the SX1.... delivering the product up to a year later then initial planned release date... I will confirm tomorrow with siemens netherlands and if so i will just go back to the good old p800... |

S55 came out in the uk dec 2002. The prototype sx1 i played with in june seemed okay. At the mobile life convention, london. Nokia must have real problems with symbian and hot swapping memory cards, moving to december is a good move. But only for upgrades from the s55.
