Explanation for T610 and HBH-60 crackle noise |

Crackle noise problems on HBH-60 never seem to eliminate entirely having upgraded T610 firmware from R1A081 to R1L013. I have never encountered such problems using T68m with HBH-10, HBH-30 & HBH-60 or P800 with Bluetooth handsfree before. The question is: why a supposely superior T610 does not live up to the expectation of its predecessor T68?.
I am not an expert in this field but I think i can offer some simple explanation. Here goes.
Typically, making a call using T68 with HBH would drain much less battery power supply as compared with using T610 with HBH-60. A known fact that a 256 colour screen T68 consumes much less energy than T610 65000 colour screen. Anyone with FMA software will be able to verify this easily.
While operating a T610 on call mode, its colour screen and phone function drain much of the battery power supply leaving much less residue juice available to power up the Bluetooth transmitter and receiver within T610. Thus, crackle noise appears on HBH set.
In another test, you can notice a significant increase in HBH crackle noise operating in a location where network signals are weak. In general, mobile phone drains more battery power where Network signals are weak.
Unless another firmware upgrade to regularize power supply to Bluetooth function within or rewire T610 internal circuitry, this noise problem will not go away.
To prove my point, try this out. When crackle noise appears while making a call together with HBH, plug in either in-car charger or travel charger to your T610. Crackle noise on HBH disappears immediately.

If this is the case, surely they would have picked up on the issue during the testing/development stages.
Thats what really makes me laff about So many blatant design faults have slipped through the net in to mass production.
