upgrading software - data secure? |

i'm upgrading my software to R3B... im currently using R1F. i was wondering that will my data be secure after the upgrade. stuff like sms, contacts, reminders etc...or will that be erased on doing a firmware upgrade? and if so, wat way can i backup my data? |

When I got my t68i upgraded I didnt lose anything, but I've just got my p800 done and lost it all!
So I'm not sure if u will, maybe other users with the same phone can answer?

Can you get the upgardes off the internet and send them to the phone via BT? If so where and how can I do this? |

No u cant, you have to take your phone to an SE Service Point and get them to flash it for you.
