is ther anyway of converting web documents to make them capatable with the sony t610, e.g text files . I am willing to loose the pictures but want to retain the text, can anyone help please?

just go with your wap browser to www.google.com and were it says search options put in goto url
then in the search box type in the www. address you want does all the hard work for you
alternatively you could use webviewer (you will have to search forum for this cant remember address) you can get this to resize or show text only.
downside is its very slow and must us the internet apn not wap apn on phone so can be costly
