how can make bars and shadows on t610? |

i was trying to make some of themes, which i wanted
to add some bars ( softkeys) , and shodows for the icons...
i know that all of these r images , but im not that good on this
so can someone plz help me on this?
also i tried to search on the forum ,
i dont know if there is anything about it , of it i have missed it.?
