Im sure every1 has tried to do this, or wants to try and do this..
i got a tungsten t2, t39m and a jabra headset. Wow so many gadgets.. U use the tungsten t2 to dial to the t39m. No probs.. sweet as. t39 dials the number and transfer the call to your headset automatically? NO!
any1 know a fix?? ITS DRIVING ME NUTS
why would you make it so u can bluetooth dial... but need to press a button on the phone to transfer the call to a headset.. kidna ruins teh handsfree bit.
note... pressing a button to transfer the call apparently works.. but it also doesnt work in my case.
pissed off.. =(

is your T39's Bluetooth™ ON or AUTO?
and the preferred sound device should be set to look for the BT headset.

ON or AUTO would make no difference in this scenario since it is the phone that is initiating the connection, not the headset

I don't know about T39, but on T610 there is a menu BlueTooth -> HandsFree -> Outgoing Calls. There you can choose to "Call from phone", "handsfree" or "always ask". I havn't tested it out (since I don't use BT handsfree), but if you have such a menu on T39 as well, it might be worth checking it out...
