Hi,

I would like to purchase an MP3 player for my T610. With or without bluetooth!

Thanks,

According to the SE web-site, there is only one now... this one... and that's in the Coming Soon section... and it only comes with 64mb of storage (enough for around 20 tracks). Not sure what happened to the other one mentioned in other threads.

Just buy an iPod - you'd get between 2500 and 7500 tracks on that!

The other one (HPM-10) is crap would'nt recommend it.
Have it sitting in my draw and have'nt used it for ages cos it never stays connected to my phone unless i carefully place my t610 in my palm cos one little knock on the hpm-10 will disconnect it!

HBM-30 looks sexy, but does it still suffer connector problems, i.e. cutting out just in the middle of radiohead just because you moved the connectors a nanometre or so??

HBM-30 is connected via Bluetooth, so no probs there!

It haven't been released yet, probably will be launched when
SE launches the new Lineup of mobiles in september.

Price will probably be quite high though, since it works as a
stand alone MP3-player aswell (no need for a BT mobile)

I think the HPM-10 works pretty good. If you clean the connectors regularly the connection problem is almost non-existant.

Hello guys, let's not get mixed up. The HPM-30 is a stand-alone MP3 player. You listen to it with a WIRED headphone provided by SE. The only thing BT about it is after you paired it with your T610 and when a call comes in, you can pick up the call through your WIRED head set. The HPM-10 is connected to the T610. Once connected, the screen on your T610 becomes the interface of the HPM-10; where you can select tracks, increase/decrease volume etc.

IMO, a real BT MP3 player will be one with wireless headphone and the music is transmitted through BT. Howard Chui tested the SE HBH-60 with the Nokia 3650 and reported that you can actually watch a movie clip on the handset with its sound transmitted to the HBH-60. Now that is real BT to me!!!

Hey! I've been reading about the HBM-30 and it comes out in the UK and possibly the US in October.
It'll cost about £190.

Oh and I am gonna sell everything that I can get my hands on (except my T610) to get it!

I reckon thats a ludicrous price to pay for this ite, if that is really what they will charge for it.

Take a look at sites like this one and see what you can get for that sort of money. For only 50 pounds or so more you can get the fantastic ipod!

There is a workaround for solving the connector issue on HPM 10. You just have to make the letter c connector to open wider so it can squeeze the phone tighter.
