LCD problem on the t68i |

i just got another t68i (couldnt stand the feeling of not owning one after i lost mine), and i realised that there's this weird thing with the screen. the lower part seems to have this ovalish spot that seems to be lighter (ie. whiter) than the rest of the screen. its VERY annoying, as my friends all wonder why photos taken with my MCA-25 apparently have BRIGHT CHINS. and it is very prominent when the whole display is black. u can see the bright spot there. will the service center fix this? i figured they wun even listen to me. has anyone had the same problem? |

Hmm.. depends on how much variation you mean. The three background lighting leds are located at the bottom of the screen, and they can cause some minor variation in lighting at the bottom, although it's not very noticable.
If it's a larger area and highly visible then there is something wrong with the phone. |

then i better send it in then. its very obvious, especially with photos which are uploaded to the phone or taken with the cam. |

@GoH
I have the same problem with my T300! some places on the screen are brighter especially in the middle low!! Very annoying also. Even turned off you can still distinguish those "bad" areas of the screen. It gives me on my nerves but I don't even think of taking it to a SE service point cuz I am sure the guys there would laugh at me (living in Greece...)
I love my T300, it's my first phone that can do something more apart from calling numbers and sending sms...disappointed though of it's defetive screen and of course mophun certification...
