i was in telemas today and ask for the R4a software, wat they said is we got R4a software but the R4a got lot of problem, so we dint offer R4a. |

Thanks for the info..just 'bout 2 go there...I've got R3B006 sw updated few weeks back...got some problem with it...the phone "switch off" from time to time....do you face the same problem???... |

I have R3B and a few times I have found my phone prompting for the sim PIN code when I have picked it up from my pocket. I think this might be some kind of reset that the phone does, but I haven't found out the reasons why. |

Yup...thats what exactly what I got...does your screen sometimes gets distorted or goes blank whenever you make or receive calls?... |

A few times when I have called a telephone service where I am asked by an answering machine to press a number to select what I want to do, the phone has hung up. It has occurred repeatedly, so in those cases I had to select the "... or wait to get conntected to one of our operators ..." option instead. |

I am using R3A software, when calling someone, i go to the voice memo menu and click on the record, after that the phone had reset it self. any1 experience the problem that same as me? |

I have R3B006 loaded, tried the voice memo while calling somebody and it's OK except that I still have my screen distorted..!!!!!...It either there's something wrong with my LCD or it's the sw... |

Im not from malaysia but had the same problèm then, what i did was change my sim card from 8k to 32k and change the response time to 30 from150 if your phone resets when in wap over gprs. Btw, pls post the differencè bètween r3b to r4a. Thanks :-]

change my sim card from 32k to 64k. LCD still distorted. Upgrade my sw to R3B006. Supposed to solve that problem (according to Ericsson service guys), but it's still there, in fact I'm faced with a new problem, phone decides to resets itself from time to time..!!!! :] |
