I'm assuming this is only a problem with my phone, but the "5" key is not very responsive. The other buttons on the phone only need me to press to the point of "clicking". But the "5" requires a full press to register on my T68. It's always been that way since I got it, but I never really noticed how much more force it requires. I guess this is grounds for replacement. But I've been holding off sending it back to Minnesota, hoping the new firmware would be available soon and get both done in one trip. But it's getting worse I think, and I don't think I can hold off much longer.

Anybody else have a similar problem?

I had a problem with the "2" button. The phone was replaced, no questions asked.

I had the exact same problem with mine. The 5-key was "hard to press". After tinkering with it (played with it some more), the problem became intermitent. After playing a loooong game of Tetris, the 5-key worked (like the other keys) for a while. But the problem would come back from time to time. I had the unit replaced and the store I purchased it from was nice enough to replace it with no questions asked. Turns out, it was really a factor defect of some kind. The replacement I got is working perfectly fine now.
