for some reason, my p800 wont connect to my computer. its wierd cuz with my old computer it was fine, then my new one, it just wont work. like it will say connected but when u actually check if it is, its really not. anyways, i know this has been covered before and it said to try and remove a firewall? how do u do that? hehe..i dont know how. im thinking thats the prob. thanks |

Rightclick on the icon of your firewall (e.g. ZoneAlarm) in the system tray and choose Close/Exit.

you allways get these teething probs,i cant even use my pc suite with my p800 ive got win98se.i send to a 3650&upload to my pc
