Does anyone know of any applet that can control the brightness and contrast of the P800 screen?

It annoys me a bit that the only application with thid feature is the Communicam.

Cheers

Cheers for the info, I might look into developing an application that does this. I'm rather new to Symbian, but I dare say it won't take long for me to pick it up (being a programmer and all) *grin*

Might make this a new project.

if you are that good could you tweek the current camcorder application to include sound, increased frame rate, duo as the storage area for the mp4 file as 10sec is not too long
we would all appreciate it here.

could you have a look at Z:\system\apps\appicker\appicker.mbm and let us know if this file can be replaced/ignored/deleted. basically a lot of us would like to know how to change that ugly background image.
cheers
