Usability T68 in Texas / Mexico |

I will probably visit relatives of mine later this year in Austin (TX). Can I use my T68 in Texas ? Provided my carrier has a roaming agreement. And will I be able to use the T68 in Mexico when crossing the border ?

VoiceStream should provide service in Austin. Unfortunately, I am in Dallas so I can not vouch for the quality of service. I use a T68 on VoiceStream. AT&T is currently converting to GSM here in Dallas but I am unsure about Austin. I don't know where Cingular is in their conversion so, you might check their website or other boards.
