Does anybody know if the flip on the P800 is covered under warranty because i broke the little tab on the left hand side and now its useless. I prefer it without the flip now anyway but i still want one, just in case. |

No it's not covered and it costs between 15-30€ to replace... |

bring the phone to a servicepoint and have a technician look at it if it will be on warranty cause some versions of the flip has quite weak side tabs... |

I took my phone to a carphone warehouse service centre (in colliers wood, south london) and they told me that it was not covered under warrenty because it was 'accidental damage' !.
I then emailed sonyericsson and got no reply the first time.The second time they got back to me and gave me a number of an official service centre in the uk somewhere called celestica. Ive tried to phone and phone and phone but all i get is ' Thank you for holding, your call will be dealt with shortly!!!!!!!' . Ive tried many times but never get through. I think the longest ive held is 16 mins.
What can i do!??? |
