I have had my P800 for a couple of weeks now ........but am having trouble with MMS i can recive ok but cant send....i reset the phone and reentered all the info that Vodaphone New Zealand sent me but this has still failed to work...... I have also tried to download doom but that didn't work...........and in the last couple of day tried to use TIPICME but it only connects to 50% and then stops...........any hepl from anyone??????? |

hello! im down in queenstown. my default internet and opera connect well using the default gprs account. where did you get the mms settings? my mms works fine. pm me ill help you out. |

I'm down in Invercargill and have had no problems with the MMS service. I've received MMS messages from friends who own those horrid Sharp GX10 mobiles.
I sent one yesterday with no problems.

you can re-download your configuration from http://www.sonyericsson.com/spg.jsp?page=start&ver=PortalPage_1_4
and it seems to work ok.. good luck

Sorry kiwidac, I will be no help to you as this message is off the topic. But it is good to see other Kiwi's on this board I thought I was the only one for a while.
Maybe we should start up a kiwi forum, I am from Wellington and have just recently bought a T610.

Hey Guys!
I'm in Hamilton at waikato uni.
I had some problems with GPRS. When i got MSN-messenger on my phone i got GPRS prising plan after which i couldn't connect to gprs at all. The problem was that when they created my gprs pricing plan account they screwed up some settings. My suggestion is that you better call vodafone and ask them to theck ALL GPRS SETTINGS for your account. |
