Ok, ok. Dont ask 'WHY dont you use the 'real internet'.

Could i use my T68 to connect to my PDA/Laptop and view wap sites with it?

I've got Genie Pay as u go, so could i get my PDA to dial up the number my mobile does (95000) and look at Wap on my PDA instead of mobile?

Just a thought.

Dan.

If you're asking Why dont i just use the real internet, refer to line 1.

You can't push any traffic other than the phone wap data on the genie shortcode now. Use to be able to though, it also means that the email client on t68 won't work with shortcode. Pocket pc 2002 browser is a wap browser. you can get a wap browser called ezwap or use the emulator on genie or halebop internet sites using your pc browser.

To answer your question simply:

Using the short dial code which I think is free for Genie customers and the phone as a modem, yes you can view wap content via your PDA using the infra red port.

I have a Psion Revo plus and it works fine. Just plug the Genie settings into one of the dial up profiles on your PDA and away you go.

Excellent! How a post should be. Answers the question, and does it in English!

Cheers!
