My appologies. but maybe the tip by savas (latest reply) in this thread at my-symbian could be worth a try...

to quote...

My PDA version is CXC162001 R2B03
I was also searching for the language file for R2B. What I did was the following:

1. I downloaded the language file for R2A
2. I renamed it from Greek_cxc162001R2A.sis to Greek_cxc162001 R2B03.sis
3. I put it in folder C:\Program Files\Sony Ericsson\Mobile\Phone Languages
4. I installed the language
5. Voilà! A perfectly working Greek interface was there!

Some notes:
- I did a full backup before experimenting.
- I assumed that no changes were made in the interface from R2A to R2B which seems to be the case so the language files should be similar.
- I applied that even after an internal hard disk format without any trouble.
- I tested the installation of the language file after choosing some other language (English) in Control Panel. Otherwise the installation stops at a certain point. This is due to the fact that you are trying to overwrite the same language!
- I suppose this will work for any other language: please try it at your own risk taking all the necessary precautions.
