I cant seem to know how to transfer images/sound files/MP4s from my P800 to the computer just got it and im clueless O_o

Put the p800 in the docking station, now assuming you have installed the software on your pc, you need to click on the p800 shortcut that is located on your desktop, or by start\programs\sonyericsson\
cant rem exact name of file, anyway double click on it ! then a screen comes up internal memory or duo stick, click in here and you will have 5 folders for music, video, documents etc
click in here and you will see the files, just drag and drop or cut and paste
