Hello, when I transfer a jpg file to my phone with bluetooth, I can't see it in my phone. It only shows a red cross!!

And i haven't got any special characters in my filename.

Can someone please help me!

Are you low on memory? Usually happens when theres not enough memory to load the image; best to keep between 100-200k free. Also make sure the image is saved as a 'standard' jpeg.

You can't use .jpg's which are saved in some mode; progressive, optimized, I can't remember exactly...

i had the same problem uploading jpgs to my t610, it would not load and only showed a red X. It was the way I was saving my jpegs in photoshop. Instead of picking "progressive" which was default, I had to change it to "Baseline Optimized." There is another option called "Baseline ('standard')" but I did not try to see if that also works. It should though.

Isn't there also a restriction in size?
I don't think I can open 640*480 pictures from a P800, or I'm I wrong?
