Hi!

I use my P800 for playing MP3's and OGG's alot. The trouble is, that it taken AGES to copy 50MB of music from my PC to the P800, when its sitting in the cradle. Something like 30minuttes or so

Is this really the transferrate, or am i missing out on something ?

Cheers, Carlsen

I think it's a transfer rate problem.

I would suggest a Card Reader that supports Memory Sticks and you can use your Memory Stick Duo Adapter.

Even though I have not transfered that amount of data I know that Card Readers are much more quicker.

Cheers!

Get a USB2 or IEEE1394 memory card reader. You won't use all that speed (the card limits it) but the transfer rate will be roughly double that if you used USB. You can find them on Yahoo! shopping. They are a bit more expensive than regular ones but if you shop around, I think I saw one for about $20-25.
