cant download files larger than 250k |

when im connected to my wap, im unable to download any .sis files larger than 250k anyone else have this prob???
it just comes up saying download the when i click yes, it say download complete straight away and doesnt get anythin!!! |

How much free memory do you have in A, your phones main memory and B you phones RAM?
If it is low or you have alot of programs using alot of memory in your RAM, like OGG player, any AppForge app etc.... then it could be due to that |
